Rod Claar is the Agile Practice Leader for RippleRock and Principal Consultant at Effective Agile Development. He has been designing, developing and implementing software since the late 1980s. His early work was driven by a desire to learn and solve work related problems that required custom software. This led to a career change to the software industry. He has enterprise level experience with software data problems. Rod has taught and/or coached hundreds of people on teams using Scrum as their agile process. Recently he has been working in the area of helping multiple teams be agile when using VSTS or other large project managment suites.
