- I really appreciated the real-world experience that Tamara brought to the course. She was able to take things from the academic to the practical and give guidance and advice on how to deal with very real world situations.
- Tamara was great. She introduced me to many new concepts and even shared ideas on how to improve things that we are currently doing but need to do better. I would attend one of her courses again.
- As a past teacher - I was particularly impressed by the teaching skills that Tamara displayed. She did an outstanding job in 'teaching' the class as well as in presenting the materials.
- Tamara was a great facilitator. She found a way to leverage the class's experience with Agile/Scrum and allow everyone to share as a group without going too far off the course track.
- Tamara was probably one of the best instructors I have ever had. She clearly had a great command of the material and a wealth of real-world experience which she used to illustrate topics. In addition, the exercises did a good job of bringing home the points that were being covered and Tamara did an excellent job of facilitating all of the exercises.
- If I could give Tamara one idea on how to improve her training it would be "don't change anything!"
- Classroom exercises were very helpful.
- Tamara had a great energy and was able to strike a balance between sharing her own experiences and getting the class to share as well.
- I thought the course offered a very good mix between theory and real-life application.
- Tamara brought a lot of experiential information to the Scrum framework which helped solidify how application might occur which was very instructive.
- Could be a 3 day course and cover the optional materials.
- The class needs more time for ongoing discussions on the various topics as they come up.
- Overall, the class was interesting and it was clear that the instructor knew what she was talking about. We tended to go down rat-holes fairly often and the instructor allowed another classmate to dominate many of the conversations. I did enjoy the interactive exercises. I found some of the PowerPoint material somewhat tedious.
- I would like more applications to real life experiences. She was more focused on Scrum as a project management methodology.
